This store respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

  • Order data: the email you provide (for order and delivery emails) and your self-chosen lookup password (stored only as a hash — we cannot see it), plus the product, amount and order status.
  • Delivery data: some products require extra credentials (e.g. an account Session, invite code), used solely to complete that order.
  • Payment data: Alipay processes fiat payments; USDT is confirmed by the blockchain. We only record transaction IDs, amounts and status, plus public on-chain hashes. We never see your card number, account password or wallet private key.
  • Technical data: IP and browser type from access logs, for troubleshooting and abuse prevention only.

2. How we use information

  • to process orders, deliver products and send order/delivery emails;
  • to provide after-sales support;
  • to prevent fraud and abusive ordering (e.g. rate limiting);
  • to comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Sharing

Only what is necessary, with:

  • payment providers (Alipay) to complete payment;
  • email providers to send order and delivery emails;
  • upstream suppliers, only when placing the order on your behalf, limited to the account details needed;
  • competent authorities when required by law.

4. Cookies and local storage

  • Only essential cookies (session and language preference). No third-party tracking cookies.
  • You can clear them anytime; order lookup (email + password) is unaffected.

5. Retention and security

  • Lookup passwords are stored as hashes; all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Order and after-sales records are kept only as long as needed for service, reconciliation and fraud prevention.

6. Your rights

  • Contact us to access, correct or delete your personal information. We may ask for the order number and lookup password to verify identity.
  • After deletion, related orders can no longer be looked up or supported; minimal fraud-prevention records may be retained as permitted by law.

7. Changes

  • This policy may be updated from time to time and takes effect upon publication.
